Refund policy

All FATE orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

However, we will accept exchanges for eligible items if they are returned in their original condition. To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Free of any odors, stains, or damage

• In their original packaging

• In the same condition as received

FATE reserves the right to deny any exchange if the returned item does not meet these requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange.
